UPC Court of Appeal decisions in the life sciences sector

With my colleague Anna, I published a summary of the first UPC Court of Appeal decisions in the life sciences sector (GRUR Patent - English language). 

The paper addresses:

• correction of errors in patent claims by way of interpretation,

• file wrapper estoppel,

• assessment of sufficiency and inventive step,

• imminent infringement, and

• preservation of evidence
