GROUNDS FOR THE ORDER
On 24 February 2025, BSRP requested to submit two physical objects as BB38 (its old product
and new product 2). HL display opposed (in Application 26908/2025), inter alia by stating that
they were late filed and no explanation was given as to why these was filed late.
The court understands that BSRP with these exhibits, seeks to explain certain positions it takes in
its rejoinder filed on 20 February 2025. No explanation was given however why the exhibits
could not have been filed earlier, notably together with its statement of defence. The request to
deposit the objects is therefore rejected.
