GROUNDS FOR THE ORDER
Adeia filed for a term extension due to late filed exhibits 8 and 9 (on 5 August 2025). Walt Disney
responded by indicating they do not object, provided their subsequent deadlines are not
shortened. The latter concern will be automatically addressed with the below order.

Determines that the deadline for filing claimant’s rejoinder to defendant’s reply to the defence in
