GROUNDS FOR THE ORDER
1. With App_34891/2025 of 14 August 2025 parties mutually request a stay of the proceedings until 13 February 2026.
2. In view of the mutual request, the stay is granted pursuant to R.295 (d) RoP.
3. The stay has the effect set out in R.296 RoP unless otherwise ruled herein.
4. In case a R.262.1 request is filed, parties will have the opportunity to file a R.262.2 request with respect to also the confidential information submitted with this application.

ORDER
1. Case UPC_CFI_374/2025 is stayed until 13 February 2026.
2. Any open workflows are also stayed for this period.
3. The claimant shall inform the court within one week after 13 February whether the case is withdrawn or will resume.
