GEGENSTAND DER RECHTSSACHE: ANTRAG AUF ANORDNUNG EINSTWEILIGER MASNAHMEN
ANORDNUNGEN:
1. Die Anordnung vom 23.06.2023 wird in ihrer Ziffer 1. dahin berichtigt, dass die
Ausfuhrungen and Argumente aus der Schutzschrift auch in der Antragserwiderung
aufzufuhren sind. Grund hierfur ist, dass die Erwiderung in der Verfahrenssprache
(deutsch) abzufassen ist, wahrend die Schutzschrift in englischer Sprache vorliegt; dies
wurde bei der Anordnung vom 23.06.2023 iibersehen.
2. Die Antragsgegnerseite wird ferner gebeten, mit der Erwiderung auch die Anlagen aus der
Schutzschrift vorzulegen; die in der Schutzschrift gewahlten Anlagenbezeichnungen sind
beizubehalten.
3. Der Antragsgegnervertreter wird ferner gebeten, sich auch beim Antragsgegner zu 5)
(Mark James Daniel) noch im CMS als representative einzutragen.

ORDERS:

1. The order of 23 June 2023 is corrected in paragraph 1 to the effect that the
statements and arguments from the protective letter must also be included in the response to the application.
The reason for this is that the response must be drafted in the language of the proceedings
(German), whereas the protective letter is in English; this

was overlooked in the order of 23 June 2023.
2. The respondent is also requested to submit the annexes from the
protective letter with the response; the annex designations chosen in the protective letter are to be
retained.

3. The respondent's representative is also requested to register with the respondent at 5)
