GEGENSTAND DER RECHTSSACHE: ANTRAG AUF ANORDNUNG EINSTWEILIGER MAßNAHMEN

ANORDNUNGEN:
1. Die Antragsgegnerseite wird aufgefordert, bis zum 14.07.2023 auf den Antrag vom 01.06.2023 gemäß Regel 209 Ziffer 1. (a) VerfO zu erwidern. Gründe betreffend die Zurückweisung des Antrags, welche bereits in der Schutzschrift vom 02.06.2023 enthalten sind, sind nicht zu wiederholen; mit der Erwiderung sollen lediglich Darlegungen erfolgen, die über den Inhalt der Schutzschrift hinausgehen.

2. Die Antragstellerseite wird aufgefordert, bis zum 04.08.2023 auf die für den 14.07.2023 bestimmte Erwiderung der Antragsgegnerseite sowie auf die Schutzschrift vom 02.06.2023 zu replizieren. Vortrag, welcher bereits in der Antragsschrift vom 02.06.2023 enthalten ist, ist nicht zu wiederholen; mit der Replik sollen lediglich Darlegungen erfolgen, die über den Inhalt der Antragsschrift hinausgehen.

3. Die Kammer behält sich die Aufforderung zur Einreichung weitere Schriftsätze vor.

4. Den Parteien wird mitgeteilt, dass die Kammer die Zuweisung eines technisch qualifizierten Richters beantragt hat. Die Zuweisung ist noch nicht erfolgt.

5. Die Parteien werden hiermit für den 05. und den 06.09.2023 (jeweils 9.00 Uhr bis 18.00 Uhr) zur mündlichen Verhandlung in der Denisstrasse 3, 80335 München, 2. Stock, Sitzungssaal 212 geladen. Die Ladung auf den 06.09.2023 erfolgt lediglich vorsorglich für den Fall, dass die Sache am 05.09.2023 nicht abschließend erörtert werden kann.
